Regulatory Requirements
The Tendai Initiative is a non-profit organization that works with stakeholders who share our values, to ensure compliance with forced labor import bans and mandatory human rights due diligence (HRDD) in a manner that leads to decent work, free from exploitation and abuse. We strive to uphold human rights and labor rights, ensuring that all individuals have access to fair, dignified employment.
The Tendai Initiative Approach
We are committed to ensuring decent working and living conditions for vulnerable populations at risk of forced labor, human trafficking, hazardous child labor, and gender-based violence and harassment. Our approach is community-based and relies on the input of rightsholders and survivors.
