Meet the Founder

Jen Jahnke is a business and human rights specialist with nearly 20 years of experience in both the private and public sectors. She started her career at the USDOL Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) managing global technical assistance programs. Later, she worked for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Forced Labor Division (FLD) on forced labor import regulations. In the private sector, Jen worked for Amazon's Worldwide Social Responsibility team, and later as a Consultant specializing in regulatory requirements, human rights due diligence (HRDD) systems, community-based remediation, and supply chain traceability.
